The end of the line for him, no leave to appeal his murder conviction.
Good.
South African athlete Oscar Pistorius has been denied leave to appeal against his conviction for murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The Constitutional Court has made the ruling, meaning Pistorius will now be sentenced in April.
Pistorius killed Ms Steenkamp in February 2013 after firing four times through a locked toilet door.
A manslaughter verdict was overturned in December and a murder verdict introduced in its place.

Only the death penalty is good enough for that cunt. He was laughing and joking in that interview with ITV and did a pathetic crying episode to try and get sympathy.. Shame no one will get close enough to him in jail to kill him.

Just reading about the dispute as to whether he used a cricket bat on her before he shot her or used it to break down the door afterwards.
Something about some of her wounds looking like they may have been created by AB de Pistorius with a hook shot

I haven't followed the evidence closely enough to know what he did when confronted with a closed toilet door and the noise of someone inside.
Did he shout a warning (which presumably she would have responded to) or just shoot willy nilly?

You don't come from somewhere so paranoid about this stuff. I've experienced it first-hand - some South Africans are very, very jumpy when it comes to security. Home invasions often go a lot worse than they do in England (and I'd imagine Australia) which is why plenty of people keep guns. That's why there will have been at least one armed security guard within the walls of the community he lived. It is 100% believable that he went straight into "attack" mode - remember his Tweet where he said he went to shoot his washing machine (or something)?
I'm not saying he's innocent (of deliberately killing her) at all, just saying it's nowhere near as clear-cut as it sounds.
